About this sound

A long crowd applause sound effect featuring sustained group clapping. Creators use it for celebrations, awards, reactions, and moments of comic approval.

This sound captures an extended round of applause from a crowd, with many overlapping handclaps creating a full, lively response. The nearly fourteen-second duration lets the reaction build and continue instead of ending after a brief burst. It gives a scene the feeling of public approval, celebration, or recognition, whether the moment is sincere or deliberately exaggerated. Because the recording sounds like a group rather than one person clapping, it can make small achievements feel grander and awkward moments seem funnier.

The file metadata describes this clip in Turkish as a long crowd applause recording and labels it as a special recording. No specific television program, film, event, performer, platform, or recording year is identified. Online, extended applause effects are commonly added to edits that need a sustained audience response rather than a single clap. This kind of recording remains useful because its meaning is immediately clear: a crowd is showing approval, while ironic placement can turn the same reaction into sarcasm.
