About this sound

The classic Scav voice line from Escape from Tarkov, used in memes and gaming edits to signal danger, trolling or a shady enemy encounter.

This clip features the recognisable "cheeki breeki" style Scav voice line associated with Escape from Tarkov. It is a short, taunting bit of spoken dialogue with a rough, street-level delivery that instantly suggests nearby enemies, loot danger and chaotic firefights. The sound lands best as a tense but funny cue, because players know it usually means trouble is close. In videos, it creates an immediate Tarkov mood and gives a scene that gritty Eastern European shooter vibe that viewers recognise from raids, ambushes and panic moments.

This sound is tied to Scavs in Escape from Tarkov, the hardcore extraction shooter by Battlestate Games. The phrase "cheeki breeki" was already familiar in Eastern European gaming culture before Tarkov, which helped the line spread quickly in clips, compilations and reaction memes. Among Tarkov players, Scav voice lines became a shorthand for immediate danger, bad luck and cheap deaths. The sound remains popular because even a very short clip can instantly place a viewer in a raid and trigger that specific mix of tension and dark humor.
