About this sound

A short Scav voice line from Escape from Tarkov saying Cheeki Breeki, used in gaming clips, fails, and sneaky or chaotic meme edits.

This clip is the classic Scav-style “Cheeki Breeki” line heard in Escape from Tarkov. It is a brief Russian-sounding callout delivered in a rough, taunting voice, instantly giving a scene that tense scavenger vibe. Because the phrase is so recognizable to FPS players, it works as a quick punchline for ambushes, looting disasters, missed shots, or any moment where a fight suddenly turns scrappy and unpredictable. Even in a tiny snippet, it signals danger, trash talk, and that unmistakable Eastern European survival-shooter mood.

This sound is tied to the Scavs from Escape from Tarkov, the hardcore extraction shooter developed by Battlestate Games. Short Scav voice lines became widely shared in clips, compilations, and gaming memes because they instantly identify the game’s hostile NPCs and their unpredictable fights. “Cheeki Breeki” was already familiar online from Russian gaming culture, which helped the phrase spread even further among shooter fans. It is still popular because one quick line can turn a normal death, rat encounter, or loot panic into an instantly recognizable Tarkov joke.
