About this sound

The short Homelander "yummers" quote from The Boys, used in TikToks and memes to react to something weirdly satisfying or unsettling.

This clip is the brief moment where Homelander says "yummers" in a flat, oddly pleased tone. It is short, crisp, and instantly recognizable because the delivery feels smug, childish, and a little disturbing at the same time. That contrast is what makes it funny in edits. Creators use it when a video shows someone enjoying something in a way that feels excessive, creepy, or absurdly enthusiastic. Even at just over a second, the line lands fast and changes the mood of a scene into awkward comedy.

This sound comes from Homelander in the TV series The Boys, a character known for his unsettling mix of charm and menace. The clipped "yummers" delivery spread through short-form edits and reaction memes because it works as both a joke and a character cue.
