The heavy stone door sound from Undertale's Ruins area, with deep grinding stone and a low rumble. Popular for RPG edits, dungeon entrances and game memes.

This is the heavy stone door sound heard when moving between rooms in the Ruins, the first area of Undertale. It opens with a deep grinding scrape of rock on rock, layered with a low rumbling thud as the massive door swings and settles into place. The weighty, echoing tone makes any doorway feel ancient and mysterious, and it is instantly recognisable to anyone who has played through the game's opening hours.

This sound comes from Undertale, the role-playing game created by Toby Fox and released in 2015. The Ruins is the game's opening area, a purple-hued underground labyrinth full of puzzles, and its heavy stone doors use this grinding rumble each time the player passes through. Clips of the door sound spread through Undertale playthroughs, edits and meme compilations, and creators still use it today whenever they need an instantly recognisable heavy fantasy door.
