About this sound

A short Santa voice clip saying, "Um, excuse me, what are you doing in my house?" People use it in reaction edits for awkward intrusions and busted moments.

This sound is a brief comedic voice clip in a startled Santa-style tone: “Um, excuse me, what are you doing in my house?” It lands like someone catching an unexpected visitor red-handed, with a mix of confusion, disbelief, and mild outrage. The pause before the question makes it hit harder, which is why creators use it as a punchline for sneaking, trespassing, or awkward interruption jokes. It works especially well when a video suddenly reveals someone somewhere they clearly should not be.

This clip is mainly shared online as a Santa reaction sound rather than for a widely documented film or TV quote. It spread through meme edits and soundboards because the line instantly communicates being caught off guard by an unwanted visitor. Around holiday posts, creators reuse it for gift jokes, chimney jokes, and house-entry gags, but it also works year-round whenever a video shows someone somewhere they clearly do not belong.
