About this sound

The legendary line spoken by William Afton in Five Nights at Freddy’s, widely reused in meme edits to represent villains returning, ironic comebacks, and unstoppable chaos humor.

This clip is the short, raspy line "I always come back" spoken by William Afton, also associated with Scraptrap and Springtrap in Five Nights at Freddy's. The delivery is cold and eerie, with a damaged, almost mechanical quality that makes the quote feel stubborn and menacing. Because the phrase is so brief and recognizable, creators use it to signal an impossible return, a recurring problem, or a villain who refuses to stay gone. It lands best when you want a scene to suddenly feel darker, more dramatic, or knowingly over-the-top.

The quote is tied to William Afton in the Five Nights at Freddy's series and is especially linked by fans with his Scraptrap appearance. It became a widely shared reaction line in FNAF edits, lore videos, and comeback memes because it sums up the character's repeated returns in a few words. Even outside the fandom, people use it whenever someone, something, or some problem refuses to stay gone. It still circulates heavily in short-form videos thanks to how instantly recognizable the line is to horror game fans.
