About this sound

Faahhhh Yankılı is a brief, reverberating scream meme shared online, used to punch up moments of shock, frustration, failure, or chaotic humor.

This clip delivers a drawn-out “faahhhh” vocal burst coated in a strong, spacious echo. The reverberation makes the scream feel larger and more dramatic than the original voice, while its abrupt delivery keeps the result funny rather than frightening. Lasting just under two seconds, it lands like a quick reaction to something going unexpectedly wrong. The sound works especially well in fast meme edits because it can transform a minor mistake, awkward reveal, or sudden cut into an exaggerated moment of panic and disbelief.

The exact recording source and original performer are not reliably documented. “Yankılı” is Turkish for “echoed” or “reverberant,” describing the treatment that gives this brief cry its oversized impact. It circulates as a compact reaction clip suited to short videos, gaming edits, and absurd meme compilations. Its format resembles the related FAAAH sound and other scream meme clips: a simple vocal outburst becomes memorable through timing, repetition, and dramatic audio processing. The short runtime keeps it useful for rapid punchlines without interrupting a scene.
