About this sound

A short, harsh Antony sound effect labeled violent-02 and linked with “la mère à Timothée,” used to punctuate chaotic or confrontational edits.

The Antony clip is a brief violent sound effect with an abrupt, aggressive quality. Its original metadata labels it as violent-02, while the existing description connects it with the French phrase “la mère à Timothée.” The sound lasts under five seconds, making it suitable for a sudden interruption rather than extended background audio. Its harsh tone can make an argument, collision, failed stunt, or unexpected cut feel more intense. Because the exact action is not specified, the effect remains flexible enough for exaggerated comedy as well as mock-dramatic editing.

The precise production source and recording date of this clip are not established. Its embedded title identifies it as violent-02, suggesting it originated as a cataloged effect rather than a recognizable film or television quote. Online, it is labeled Antony and associated with the phrase “la mère à Timothée.” Short aggressive effects like this are commonly used alongside a punch sound or bone crack to amplify staged impacts, reaction edits, and intentionally excessive confrontations. It remains useful because its brief duration fits fast-paced videos without requiring narrative context.
