About this sound

A short remix built around the viral “the ting goes skrrrahh” line from Big Shaq, used in meme edits, goofy reveals and sudden beat-drop jokes.

This clip is a meme remix of the famous “the ting goes skrrrahh” vocal, chopped over a punchy beat for a louder, more chaotic payoff than the original quote alone. It has the familiar deadpan delivery people recognize from the Big Shaq meme, but the remix framing makes it hit more like a comedic drop. Creators use it when a video needs an unexpected switch in energy, a ridiculous entrance, or a hard cut that turns a normal moment into something deliberately over-the-top and unserious.

The core phrase in this remix comes from Big Shaq’s viral “Man’s Not Hot,” which broke out online in 2017 after his Fire in the Booth performance. Since then, “the ting goes skrrrahh” has been remixed, clipped, and reused across meme pages, short-form videos, and ironic edits. This version leans into that remix culture by turning the quote into a quick comedic beat drop. It stays popular because the line is instantly recognizable and works well for exaggerated reveals, joke transitions, and goofy-ahh sounds style editing.
