About this sound

Pink Guy shouts “shut the fuck up” in a brief clip from the Filthy Frank era, used for abrupt reactions, hard-cut punchlines, and chaotic meme edits.

This short Pink Guy clip delivers a sudden, forceful shout of “shut the fuck up.” The blunt wording, aggressive delivery, and compact length make it land like an instant interruption rather than a complete dialogue scene. In meme edits, the audio sharply cuts through speech, music, or awkward silence, creating a deliberately rude and chaotic punchline. Its recognizable voice and exaggerated energy work especially well when a character, streamer, or on-screen caption becomes annoying, overconfident, repetitive, or unexpectedly foolish.

STFU was released under the Pink Guy persona in 2016 and later appeared on the 2017 album Pink Season. Pink Guy was a character performed by George Miller, who is also known for his music as Joji. The song’s shouted refrain became easy to isolate into short reaction clips, helping it circulate through meme compilations and fast-paced edits. Its direct delivery remains useful because viewers understand the interruption instantly. Editors sometimes pair its explicit language with a censor beep for a cleaner comedic variation.
