About this sound

The "I'm a lying piece of chicken" meme sound is a TikTok audio clip used in confession jokes, fake apologies and videos about obvious backtracking.

This sound is a short spoken meme clip centered on the line "I'm a lying piece of chicken." It has a blunt, self-owning delivery that makes it funny for moments when someone admits they were clearly wrong, dishonest or caught exaggerating. The wording is weird enough to stick in your head, which gives it extra replay value in short videos. Creators usually use it as a punchline after a bold claim falls apart, or when a clip reveals someone instantly contradicting themselves in a silly, harmless way.

This audio is mainly known as a TikTok reaction sound built around the phrase "I'm a lying piece of chicken." It spread through short-form edits, confession memes and callout posts where the speaker gets exposed seconds later. Rather than coming from a widely recognized film or TV quote, the clip is usually shared for its odd wording and exaggerated self-admission. Its staying power comes from how easily it fits backtracking jokes, stitched reactions and videos where a confident statement immediately falls apart.
