About this sound

A dark absurdist voice clip saying “I just put my newborn son into a blender,” used in shock edits, reaction videos, and deliberately unhinged memes.

This nearly six-second voice clip delivers the disturbing line “I just put my newborn son into a blender” as a piece of absurd shock humor. Its impact comes from the sudden contrast between an ordinary personal statement and an intentionally horrifying conclusion. Creators use the spoken phrase to make an edit feel chaotic, inappropriate, or unexpectedly dark. The short runtime lets the line function as a complete punch line without extra setup, while its extreme wording often prompts disbelief, discomfort, or an exaggerated reaction from viewers.

The original creator, recording date, and source platform for this clip are not reliably documented. It is commonly identified online by the full sentence spoken in the audio rather than by a character, film, television series, or established catchphrase. The line circulates as a standalone dark-humor meme because it is brief, easy to place after an innocent setup, and extreme enough to provoke an immediate reaction. Its continued use comes from that sharp mismatch between casual delivery and disturbing subject matter.
