About this sound

A short drunk Rem voice clip from Re:Zero, with her slurred, giggly delivery. Fans use it for funny anime edits, reaction memes and drunk-character moments.

This is a very short voice clip of Rem from Re:Zero sounding drunk, delivered in a soft, slurred and slightly giggly tone that instantly reads as tipsy rather than angry or sad. The line is brief and playful, with a loose, wobbly delivery that makes the normally calm and devoted maid feel unexpectedly silly and relaxed. Because it lasts just over a second, it works as a quick punchline rather than a full line of dialogue, adding a light, goofy warmth to a scene. Listeners recognise Rem immediately, and the contrast between her usual composure and this carefree moment is what makes it funny.

Rem is one of the twin maids from Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World, a popular anime known for its emotional story and devoted fanbase. Short voice clips of Rem are widely shared on soundboards and in anime edits because her soft voice and calm personality are instantly recognisable. This drunk-sounding moment stands out because it flips that image, showing her loose and giggly instead of composed. Creators keep reusing it in memes, reaction videos and TikTok edits, where a one-second burst of silliness lands better than a longer quote.
