The Bloody Heathen line from Hellsing Ultimate Abridged Episode 1 by Team Four Star. People use it as a biting anime reaction for insults and mock outrage.

This is a short, sharply delivered insult line - "bloody heathen" - spoken in an exaggerated, furious British-accented voice. The phrasing is old-fashioned and theatrical, which makes the anger sound both serious and absurdly funny. It lands like a character snapping in sudden disgust, and that over-the-top delivery is why creators use it as an instant put-down rather than a calm insult.

The clip comes from Hellsing Ultimate Abridged Episode 1, the parody dub series created by Team Four Star, often shortened to TFS. Their abridged version re-voiced the dark vampire anime Hellsing Ultimate with original comedic performances, and short angry lines like this one became popular as standalone reaction sounds. It spread through soundboards and meme edits because the insult works even without context, fitting any moment of mock horror or exaggerated disapproval.
