The famous "c'est pas faux" reaction line from the French TV series Kaamelott, used in memes and edits to dodge a point without really agreeing.

This short clip captures the deadpan French line "c'est pas faux," a classic reaction from Kaamelott. It is delivered in a flat, slightly resigned way that sounds like someone wants to respond without admitting they are confused or fully convinced. The humor comes from how vague and evasive it is, which makes it perfect for awkward conversations, weak arguments, or moments when a character clearly has nothing better to say. Even in under a second, it gives a scene a dry, knowing punch that viewers immediately recognize.

"C'est pas faux" became widely known through the French comedy series Kaamelott, where it is strongly associated with the character Perceval. The line spread far beyond the show as a meme-like reaction for moments of confusion, half-agreement, or obvious bluffing. Online, it is used in short edits, reaction clips, and French-language soundboards because the phrase instantly communicates awkward validation without resolving anything. Its staying power comes from how concise it is and how easily it fits everyday conversations and ironic video captions.
