The sharp parry sound from ULTRAKILL, used in clips, edits and memes to highlight a perfectly timed counter or sudden skill moment.

This clip is the quick, satisfying parry cue from ULTRAKILL, a split-second game sound that lands with a bright, punchy impact. It feels crisp and mechanical, with the kind of instant feedback that makes a successful counter look even cleaner on screen. In edits and memes, people use it to underline clutch timing, deflected attacks and moments where a player turns defense into offense. Even though it is very short, it adds a clear sense of precision, confidence and sudden momentum to a scene.

The parry sound comes from ULTRAKILL, the fast-paced indie shooter by Arsi "Hakita" Patala and New Blood, first released in early access in 2020. Because parrying is a core mechanic and a flashy skill check, this audio became recognizable in gameplay clips, combo videos and short meme edits. It spread beyond the game through TikTok, YouTube and fan uploads, where creators use it as shorthand for perfect timing, reflected danger and stylish play.
