A short Prototype Laa-Laa jumpscare scream from the Teletubbies horror parody, used for sudden scares, memes and prank edits in videos and streams.

This is a very brief, sharp jumpscare scream based on Laa-Laa, the yellow Teletubbies character reimagined in a distorted prototype horror style. The clip lasts under a second and hits with a sudden high pitched shriek and distorted edge, designed to startle rather than build tension. There is no dialogue or music, just the abrupt vocal burst. Viewers recognise the contrast between a familiar childhood character and the harsh horror sound, which makes the moment feel unsettling and funny at the same time in edited videos.

Laa-Laa originates as the yellow Teletubby from Teletubbies, the British children's series that first aired in 1997. The prototype version comes from fan made horror reinterpretations shared online, where the characters are redesigned as unsettling monsters for games and animations. Short jumpscare clips from those projects spread on soundboards and in video edits because the scream is instant and recognisable. Creators still reuse this variant to parody horror trailers and to turn innocent scenes into brief scare jokes.
