The iconic chorus hook from David Guetta and Kid Cudi's Memories, a 2010 dance hit used in edits, nostalgia montages and party throwback videos.

This is a short excerpt from Memories, the electro house collaboration between French DJ David Guetta and American rapper Kid Cudi. The clip centres on the instantly recognisable piano riff and the reflective vocal hook about memories, delivered over a pulsing dance beat built for clubs. It feels both euphoric and slightly wistful, capturing that late night moment when a good night is already turning into a story you will retell. That mix of energy and nostalgia is why the fragment hits so hard in edits, instantly lifting the mood while adding a sentimental undertow.

Memories was released in 2010 as a single from David Guetta's 2009 album One Love, featuring vocals from Kid Cudi. The track became an international dance hit and a staple of early 2010s club culture, helped by its simple piano loop and a chorus built around holding onto good times. Online, the excerpt keeps resurfacing in short form edits because the theme matches the format perfectly, soundtracking recaps, reunions and throwbacks long after its chart run, and introducing the song to a new generation of listeners.
