A shouted Spanish 'tomaaaaa' fused with the Over 9000 Dragon Ball Z meme, used as an exaggerated reaction for a huge hit, win or power spike online.

This clip is a loud, drawn-out shout of tomaaaaa pushed into full meme territory with the Over 9000 energy behind it. The voice stretches the word until it stops sounding like a normal exclamation and becomes the joke itself, rising in intensity like a power level about to break. It lands as pure exaggeration rather than a serious line, which is why it works over gameplay, anime edits and reaction moments. The humor comes from how committed the delivery is, turning a single take-that shout into an oversized celebration of impact, damage or a ridiculous win.

The Over 9000 line comes from the English dub of Dragon Ball Z, where Vegeta reacts in disbelief to Goku's rising power level on his scouter. Clips and remixes of that moment spread widely online in the 2000s and turned the number into shorthand for anything absurdly powerful. This version pairs that reference with a shouted Spanish toma, meaning take that, delivered in the beastly style credited to Readek in the original listing. The mix of anime nostalgia and an overlong shout keeps it circulating on soundboards.

What is the Tomaaaaa Over 9000 sound?

This is a short voice clip built around an extended Spanish shout of tomaaaaa, meaning take that, combined with the Over 9000 meme energy from Dragon Ball Z. It is used as a loud, exaggerated reaction rather than a normal line of dialogue.

Where does Over 9000 come from?

Over 9000 comes from the English dub of Dragon Ball Z, where Vegeta scans Goku and reacts with shock to his power level. The scene was clipped and remixed online until the phrase became a general meme for anything impossibly large or powerful.

How do creators use this sound?

Creators drop it at the exact moment of a big hit, win or power spike so the stretched shout sells the impact. It works best uncut over gameplay, anime edits and reaction clips, with the background audio lowered so the voice stays front and clear.
