A short voice clip from Team Four Star's Hellsing Ultimate Abridged Episode 1 featuring Seras Victoria, the police girl, used in anime reaction memes and edits.

This five-second clip comes from Team Four Star's comedic redub of Hellsing Ultimate, focusing on Seras Victoria in her first appearance as a young police officer caught in a supernatural shootout. Her voice is urgent and bewildered, delivered in the fast, exaggerated style that made the abridged series popular, with the humour coming from how seriously she treats an impossible situation. Listeners recognise it instantly as an anime reaction sound because it packs panic, confusion and deadpan comedy into a very short burst, making it easy to drop over a surprising moment, a failed plan or a character who has just realised they are completely out of their depth.

Hellsing Ultimate is an anime adaptation of Kouta Hirano's manga about the Hellsing Organization and its vampire agent Alucard, who turns police officer Seras Victoria into a vampire in the opening story. Team Four Star, already known for its parody dubs, reworked the series as Hellsing Ultimate Abridged, keeping the dark action while adding fast jokes and exaggerated performances. Clips from the first episode spread through anime forums, online edits and soundboards because Seras works as an instantly recognisable newcomer character, and short reaction lines from the series remain useful for meme creators today.
