The famous "Parkour!" yell from The Office cold open, used in memes, fail edits and goofy stunt clips when someone wants fake action-hero energy.

This clip is the shouted "Parkour!" from The Office, delivered during the show's deliberately ridiculous office stunt sequence. The sound is loud, abrupt and instantly comic, with the overconfident energy of someone treating minor jumps like an extreme sport. It works because the voice sells total commitment while the situation is obviously silly, so viewers get that mix of secondhand embarrassment and payoff. In edits, it turns ordinary movement, clumsy leaps or low-stakes chaos into something that feels theatrically intense for a few seconds.

This sound comes from The Office US, in the season 6 cold open commonly known as the parkour scene, where Michael Scott, Dwight Schrute and Andy Bernard imitate urban freerunning. The repeated yell became a widely shared reaction clip and meme because the scene turns everyday office space into exaggerated action comedy. It still appears in short videos, fail edits and parody montages whenever creators want to mock overblown athletic confidence or make a tiny jump feel absurdly dramatic.
