Mike Gundy I'm a man clip from his 2007 Oklahoma State press conference rant, used for funny defensive overreactions and sports memes online today.

This is a short, loud clip of Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy shouting I'm a man during a heated press conference. His voice is firm, frustrated and almost theatrical, rising with emphasis on the word man as if he is daring anyone to argue back. The delivery turns a serious defence of his player into instant comedy because the line sounds far bigger than the moment needs. Played on its own it works as an exaggerated show of toughness, pride and wounded ego, the kind of over-the-top reaction that makes a normal situation feel absurd.

The line comes from Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy's press conference on 22 September 2007, after a win over Texas Tech. Angry at a newspaper column about quarterback Bobby Reid, Gundy spent several minutes defending his player and shouted that he was a man and forty years old. The rant was shared widely in the early YouTube era and turned into a lasting sports meme. Shortened clips still circulate because the phrase works far beyond football, as a mock serious defence of pride, age and authority.
