This sound is the famous “Finish Him” line shouted by the announcer in Mortal Kombat. It is a short, dramatic voice clip with a deep, commanding delivery that instantly signals a final blow or total defeat. The phrase lands hard even without visuals, so it works well as a punchline for gaming fails, argument wins, sports knockouts and over-the-top meme edits. Because the line is so recognizable, it adds instant arcade energy and makes an ordinary clip feel like the last round of a fight.

“Finish Him” comes from the Mortal Kombat game series, where the announcer says it at the end of a match to prompt the winning player’s final move. The line became one of the franchise’s most quoted audio cues and spread far beyond fighting games through meme videos, compilations and reaction edits.
