The extended blegh vocal from Woe, Is Me's "Nothing Left To Lose", a raw metalcore scream used as a reaction sound for disgust, frustration and meme edits.

This is an extended take on the guttural blegh vocal made famous by Woe, Is Me, stretched out so the low, raspy growl has room to land before it cuts off. It starts with a throaty, almost disgusted burst and holds into a distorted metalcore scream that sounds both aggressive and deliberately silly, which is why it works so well out of context. Dropped into a clip, it instantly sells a moment of revulsion, disbelief or mock horror, turning a small fail or gross reveal into something far funnier and more dramatic than the footage alone would suggest.

The sound comes from Woe, Is Me and their track Nothing Left To Lose, where the blegh is delivered as a low metalcore vocal rather than a clean lyric. In metalcore, that kind of growled interjection is used to add attitude and release after a heavy breakdown, and fans clipped it out because it works perfectly on its own. Shared through soundboards and short-form edits, the extended version became a handy reaction clip for disgust and dramatic failure, keeping the band's aggressive vocal style alive in meme culture long after the original track.
