The Twitch Bits donation sound effect played during Cheers on Twitch streams. People use it in edits, alerts and jokes about sudden support or chat hype.

This clip is the familiar Twitch Bits donation alert sound, the short effect viewers hear when someone cheers with Bits on a live stream. It is bright, digital and instantly reads as a stream notification, so even a very short use tells the viewer that support just came in. In memes and edits, creators drop it over screenshots, pop-ups or surprise moments to mimic a real donation alert. The sound works because it signals reward, interruption and online hype in less than three seconds.

This sound is associated with Twitch Bits, the virtual cheering currency used on Twitch. Bits became part of the platform in 2016, and the alert sound spread beyond live streams because viewers quickly recognized it as the audio cue for support and chat hype. Over time, editors started using the clip in compilations, streamer memes and parody overlays to suggest a donation, a cheer or a sudden boost in attention. It remains popular because the sound is short, clear and tied to online creator culture.
