A loud, panicked scream from streamer TimTheTatman during a gaming moment, widely used in reaction videos and memes for jump scares, fails and surprise.

This is TimTheTatman's unmistakable scream, a sudden, high-pitched shout that rises fast and cracks with genuine panic before trailing off into breathless laughter or disbelief. It sounds raw and unfiltered, like a streamer caught completely off guard by a jump scare or an impossible in-game moment, with none of the polish of a studio effect. Played over a clip, it instantly raises the energy, makes a fail feel bigger and a scare feel funnier, and tells the viewer exactly how shocking the moment was supposed to feel without needing any extra explanation.

TimTheTatman, whose real name is Timothy Betar, is a popular American streamer known for loud, expressive reactions during multiplayer and horror games. Clips of his screams have circulated for years on soundboards, YouTube compilations and short-form video, where editors reuse them as a shorthand for panic and disbelief. Because the shout is instantly recognisable to gaming audiences and needs no context to land, it remains a go-to reaction sound for stream highlights, meme edits and funny fail videos.
