The Postal Dude groans 'now I can't feel my legs' after taking damage. Creators use this pain sound effect for funny injury fails and gaming reaction clips.

This is a very short voice line from the Postal games, spoken by the Postal Dude in a strained, pained tone. He delivers the line 'now I can't feel my legs' in under a second, his voice cracking slightly as if he has just been shot, blown up, or fallen hard. The delivery is deadpan and darkly comic rather than realistic, which is why it lands as a joke instead of genuine distress. Dropped over a fail clip, it instantly sells the idea that a character has taken absurd, over-the-top damage and makes the moment feel funnier and more exaggerated.

The line comes from Postal, the controversial shooter series by Running With Scissors starring the deadpan Postal Dude, who reacts to extreme violence with dark, throwaway one-liners. Pain barks like this one became a staple of the series' black comedy, and short clips of them spread through user-made soundboards where gamers collect reaction lines. It endures because the delivery is instantly readable: one flat, pained sentence that turns any on-screen hit, fall, or explosion into a joke without needing any context from the games.
