JonTron saying the plot is sinking from his Titanic: The Legend Goes On review, a panicked reaction line used for fails, plot holes and sinking stories.

This clip captures JonTron delivering the line the plot is sinking with frantic, escalating disbelief during his review of a badly animated Titanic film. His voice cracks between sarcasm and genuine alarm, making the quote sound like a captain abandoning ship over a terrible storyline. The joke lands because he treats weak writing as a physical disaster, turning a simple complaint into an exaggerated emergency. Viewers instantly understand the moment as a story falling apart on screen, which is why the short outburst works so well as a standalone reaction.

The line comes from JonTron's review of Titanic: The Legend Goes On, the 2000 animated Titanic retelling notorious for its rapping dog and confused tone. In the video Jon Jafari uses the sinking metaphor to mock how quickly the already shaky story collapses under its own absurd scenes. Clipped from the longer review, the moment spread across YouTube edits, Discord servers and soundboards as a shorthand reaction. Fans still quote it whenever fiction, a plan or a take starts taking on water.
