GGMU is the Glory Glory Man United chant sung by Manchester United fans, played on match days, after goals and in football fan edits and reactions.

GGMU is a short recording of Manchester United supporters singing Glory Glory Man United, the club anthem chant built around the repeated Glory Glory line. Voices sing together in a stadium style, loud and unified, with the rhythm rising as the words repeat. It lasts long enough to feel like a real terrace moment rather than a single shout. The sound carries pride, loyalty and celebration, so when it plays over a clip it instantly signals a United win or a fan showing allegiance, even before any football action is explained on screen.

GGMU stands for Glory Glory Man United, the supporters song released by the Manchester United squad in 1983 for the FA Cup final and based on the melody of Glory Glory Hallelujah. Supporters kept singing a terrace version long after the single, turning the title into a chant heard home and away. The shortened letters GGMU later spread through fan forums, banners and social media as a compact sign of support. It remains popular because rival fans recognise it instantly and United supporters use it as both a greeting and a celebration.
