JonTron's short 'eeyech' vocal clip from his YouTube videos, a sharp comical grunt used as a reaction sound in memes and edits when something awkward happens.

The clip is JonTron letting out a sudden, high-pitched 'eeyech' that lasts barely half a second, somewhere between a yelp, a squeak and a startled grunt. It lands without any buildup, which is exactly why it works: the voice cracks upward, cuts off abruptly and leaves a beat of silence that makes the moment feel stranger than it was. In a video it reads as pure confusion or disgust, a cartoonish flinch at something gross, weird or unexpectedly funny. Hearing it out of context is funnier still, because the sound is so small and odd that it turns an ordinary reaction into a punchline.

JonTron, the YouTube creator Jon Jafari, is known for exaggerated, theatrical reactions in his game and media reviews, and this half-second vocal outburst fits that style perfectly. Clipped from longer videos, it began circulating as a standalone reaction sound that creators could drop into edits without needing the original context. Its appeal is its brevity and strangeness: it is instantly recognisable to fans, yet odd enough to work as a generic flinch. That combination has kept it in rotation for meme edits, streams and short-form videos.
