Bu ses hakkında

Dr. Evil's stretched-out "How about no" quote from the Austin Powers movies, used as a funny reaction when rejecting a bad idea or awkward request.

This clip is the drawn-out Dr. Evil line, "How about no," delivered with smug, theatrical frustration. It is a short spoken reaction from the Austin Powers world, instantly recognizable for the exaggerated pause and the sarcastic tone. The humor comes from how dramatically simple the refusal is. Instead of sounding angry, it sounds petty, dismissive, and weirdly elegant, which makes it perfect for turning a plain no into a punchline. In edits, it gives a scene a sudden comic shutdown and makes the rejection feel much harsher in a funny way.

This quote is associated with Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers film series and became a widely shared reaction sound online because of its exaggerated delivery. Short clips of the line have circulated on soundboards, meme pages, and reaction videos for years, especially in edits where a simple refusal needs more personality than a plain no. It remains popular because the line is brief, instantly readable, and fits many formats, from old-school image macros to modern short-form video. Fans often pair it with an evil laugh for extra villain-style sarcasm.
