Bu ses hakkında

A golf swing connects and the ball lands in a sand trap, from the 1941 Mickey Mouse cartoon Canine Caddy. Ideal for missed shots and fail edits.

This is a very short, punchy golf sound that captures a full swing in less than half a second. You hear a quick whoosh as the club moves through the air, followed by a sharp, clean strike and a softer landing as the ball drops into sand. Because the clip is so brief, it works as an instant audio punchline rather than a realistic sports recording, giving a missed shot a light, cartoonish finish. The sand-trap landing adds a small thud of disappointment, making the moment feel clumsy and funny without needing any dialogue or explanation.

The sound comes from Canine Caddy, a Mickey Mouse cartoon released on 30 May 1941, in which Mickey works as a golf caddy. In that short, the swing and sand-trap landing were part of the slapstick around a round of golf, giving a small mistake a clear audio cue. The clip later circulated as a short stock effect for golf fails and cartoon-style misses, because its length makes it easy to drop into edits. It remains useful today for creators who need a quick, instantly readable golf mishap without dialogue.
