About this sound

A short fake-out voice clip saying “uuuh... sike, sike” used in memes, anime edits and reaction posts to interrupt a moment or reverse the joke.

This sound is a brief spoken fake-out: a hesitant “uuuh...” followed by an emphatic “sike, sike.” It lands like a sudden takeback, turning a serious or predictable setup into a quick bait-and-switch. The pause at the start gives editors a beat to build expectation, then the repeated punchline cuts that tension with a teasing, gotcha-style payoff. In clips, it usually reads as playful mockery rather than anger, which is why it works well for reaction memes, anime edits, and posts where the whole joke is pulling the viewer one way before snapping the mood the other way.

The exact source of this clip is unclear from the available information, but it circulates online as a short reaction sound for bait-and-switch edits. Creators use it across meme compilations, anime posts, and quick punchline videos because the wording instantly signals a reversal. Its staying power comes from the simple rhythm: a buildup, a pause, and then the repeated correction. It fills a similar role to an awkward moment sting or other brief reaction drops that puncture tension without needing much setup.
