About this sound

Mayuri's cheerful 'Tuturu, Okarin' greeting from Steins;Gate, a cute anime voice clip people use in memes, intros and wholesome reaction edits.

This clip features Mayuri Shiina's bright, instantly recognisable 'Tuturu, Okarin' greeting from Steins;Gate. It is a short, high-pitched anime voice line with a soft, playful delivery that feels affectionate and upbeat. The sound lands as cute rather than loud, so it works well when a video needs a sudden burst of warmth, innocence or nerdy anime energy. Viewers who know the series recognise it immediately, while even people who do not still read it as a sweet greeting with a slightly quirky, memorable rhythm.

'Tuturu' is closely associated with Mayuri Shiina from the anime Steins;Gate, where she uses it as her signature greeting, often addressing Rintaro Okabe as Okarin. The line became widely shared in anime fandom through clips, remixes and short edits because it is brief, distinctive and easy to recognise out of context. It remains popular years later as a shorthand for cute anime humor, especially in reaction posts, character edits and nostalgic Steins;Gate references.
