About this sound

A short clip of Timmy shouting his name from South Park, often used as a random interruption, chaotic reaction, or joke button in edits.

This sound is the familiar burst of Timmy loudly yelling "Timmy!" in his instantly recognisable voice from South Park. The clip is very short, sharp, and goofy, so it lands best as a sudden interruption rather than a long reaction. It gives a scene an absurd, chaotic feel and works well when you want a joke to hit out of nowhere. Because the line is so simple and memorable, viewers usually get the reference immediately and read it as a silly punchline, a character reveal, or a nonsense button press moment.

The sound is associated with Timmy Burch from South Park, the animated TV series that introduced the character in the early 2000s. His shouted name became one of the show's most recognisable recurring bits, and short clips spread widely in meme edits, soundboards, and reaction videos. People still use it because the delivery is immediate and unmistakable, making it easy to drop into fast comedy edits as a loud non sequitur. It often fills the same reaction role as a bruh clip or a buzzer in quick punchline formats.
