About this sound

A short ohohoho laugh clip with a dramatic, smug delivery. People use it in memes, anime-style edits and reaction videos to underline evil or playful confidence.

This sound is a brief, exaggerated “ohohoho” laugh that comes across as smug, theatrical and slightly villainous. The drawn-out delivery gives it an overconfident, high-drama feel, like a character savoring a petty win or revealing a ridiculous plan. Because it is short and instantly readable, creators drop it into reaction clips, anime edits and joke reveals where a normal laugh would feel too flat. It adds a playful sense of superiority, making even small moments seem melodramatic and intentionally over the top.

There is no reliable public source attached to this exact upload, so it is best understood as a short meme laugh used for character-style reactions online. Clips like this spread through soundboards, meme edits and short-form videos because the exaggerated “ohohoho” delivery instantly signals smugness. It stays useful because it is clean, short and easy to place over a visual punchline. It often appears alongside other comedy reaction sounds such as an Evil Laugh or a rimshot-style button.
