This clip is the kind of audio people associate with Obunga, the distorted Obama meme that shows up in chaotic edits and chase videos. It has the sudden, unsettling energy that fits a meme built around being weirdly threatening and ridiculous at the same time. Creators use it to make a scene feel tense for a second, then funny once the viewer recognizes the joke. That mix of fake danger and internet absurdity is what gives the sound its punch in short videos, gameplay memes and loud reaction edits.

Obunga is an internet meme based on a heavily distorted image of Barack Obama that became widely known through nextbot and chase content online. The character spread especially through Garry's Mod style videos, where creators used eerie or abrupt audio to sell the joke of being hunted by something ridiculous. Its staying power comes from that contrast: the image is instantly recognizable, but the presentation plays like a horror setup. That makes the sound a regular pick for ironic scares, loud edits and goofy ahh sounds compilations.
