About this sound

The eerie Phase 10 audio from the Mr. Incredible Becoming Uncanny meme, used in creepy edits, horror memes and escalating reaction videos.

This clip is the sound used for Phase 10 of the Mr. Incredible Becoming Uncanny meme, a format where the character’s face becomes more disturbing as the mood gets darker. The audio has an ominous, unsettling tone that signals the final and most intense part of the progression. Creators use it when a joke turns sinister, a reveal gets genuinely creepy, or a video reaches its most cursed moment. It works because viewers already associate this phase with dread, discomfort and a sudden shift from funny to deeply unnerving.

Mr. Incredible Becoming Uncanny is an internet meme based on Mr. Incredible from Pixar's The Incredibles, with each phase becoming darker and more unsettling. Online editors began pairing each stage with different audio cues, and Phase 10 became known as the most intense part of the sequence. The format spread widely through YouTube, TikTok and short meme compilations because it gives creators a simple way to show escalation. This phase is still used when a video needs a familiar signal for peak unease.
