About this sound

A short voice meme saying “Kim Jong Un is the master of goon,” used in absurd edits, ironic shitposts, and bait-and-switch comedy clips.

This clip is a very short meme voice line built around the absurd phrase “Kim Jong Un is the master of goon.” The humor comes from the deadpan delivery and the sheer randomness of the statement, which makes it land as a shock cut or nonsense punchline. It works best in ironic edits where a serious setup suddenly swerves into low-effort chaos. Because the line is so specific and strange, it tends to get a laugh through surprise, discomfort, or pure brain-rot energy rather than through a traditional joke structure.

This sound is mainly used online as a short absurdist meme clip rather than as a quote tied to a widely recognized original scene. It fits the style of brain-rot edits and ironic repost culture, where specific phrases spread because they sound bizarre out of context. Creators usually pair it with awkward pauses, political imagery, or low-effort visual setups to heighten the nonsense. Its staying power comes from the contrast between a recognizable public figure’s name and a deliberately ridiculous line, similar to other goofy ahh sounds used for surprise laughs.
