About this sound

A strange Jerma985 vocal clip that sounds like a substitute teacher calling out. People use it in memes for awkward roll call and cursed classroom edits.

This clip captures one of Jerma985's oddball vocal moments, with a stiff, nasal teacher-like sound that feels somewhere between attendance call, awkward correction and a confused substitute trying to control a room. The delivery is clipped and slightly uncomfortable in a funny way, which is why it lands so well in absurd edits. It gives videos an instant classroom vibe while also adding that familiar Jerma energy: offbeat, unpredictable and just a little unsettling. Viewers usually read it as deliberate cringe played for comedy, which makes the punchline hit harder.

The sound is tied to Jerma985, a streamer and internet personality known for exaggerated voices, awkward character bits and highly remixable clips. Jerma sounds spread widely through YouTube edits, Twitch compilations and short-form meme videos, where small vocal moments often become standalone reaction audio. This teacher-style noise stuck because it instantly suggests a classroom authority figure while still sounding unmistakably weird. That mix of recognizable delivery and flexible context keeps it useful in school jokes, cringe edits and surreal reaction posts.
