About this sound

Giorno Giovanna's dramatic scream from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, used as a loud anime reaction sound for shocking moments, fails, and meme edits.

This short clip captures Giorno Giovanna letting out a loud, desperate scream, his voice rising sharply before breaking into a raw, panicked cry that lasts just under three seconds. It sounds urgent and theatrical, the kind of anime shout that instantly signals disaster, betrayal, or a plan falling apart. Because the emotion is so extreme and easy to recognise, it works as a punchline on its own: listeners do not need to know the scene to feel the panic. The clip is short enough to drop over a sudden reveal, a failed attempt, or a character realising everything has gone wrong.

Giorno Giovanna is the protagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, the fifth part of Hirohiko Araki's long-running JoJo series, which was adapted as an anime in 2018. As a young gangster with the Stand Gold Experience, Giorno is usually calm and calculating, which makes his rare moments of raw panic stand out. Clips of his scream circulate online as a reaction sound, especially among JoJo fans and anime editors, because the delivery is instantly dramatic even without context. Its short length also makes it easy to reuse in memes, reaction videos, and short-form edits.
