Viewers usually read it as a signal that something wild, ironic or unexpectedly successful just happened, especially in gaming, streaming and meme edits.

This sound comes from "Crab Rave," an electronic track by Noisestorm released through Monstercat in 2018. The song became widely known after the animated music video with dancing crabs turned into a meme format for celebrating events, mock victories and ironic good news. Creators also adopted it for stream raid alerts, which is why people often search for a crab rave raid clip instead of the full song. It still gets used because the opening is instantly recognizable and communicates celebration in seconds.
