About this sound

The full Bing Chilling clip of John Cena speaking Mandarin in his viral ice cream promo, widely used in memes, remixes and ironic reaction edits.

This sound is the longer version of the viral Bing Chilling clip, featuring John Cena cheerfully speaking Mandarin and repeating the now-famous phrase about ice cream. The audio has a bright, ad-like delivery that quickly turns awkward and funny when dropped into unrelated videos. Because the clip runs longer than the short meme cut, it gives editors more setup before the punchline lands. That mix of sincerity, surprise and internet familiarity makes it work well for ironic intros, bait-and-switch jokes and overexplained reaction posts.

Bing Chilling comes from a 2021 promotional video in which John Cena speaks Mandarin while holding an ice cream to promote Fast & Furious 9. The phrase spread widely on TikTok, YouTube and meme pages, where creators clipped, remixed and looped it for ironic humor. The full version stays popular because it includes the buildup before the catchphrase, giving editors more room for timing. It is often used in the same kind of absurd, instantly recognizable meme edits as Amongus Sus.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Bing Chilling sound?

It is the viral audio of John Cena speaking Mandarin in a promotional clip and saying the phrase that internet users turned into the Bing Chilling meme. People often use either the short punchline or the full speech for edits and remixes.

Where is Bing Chilling from?

The meme comes from a 2021 promo video tied to Fast & Furious 9, where John Cena delivers a short Mandarin-language advertisement while holding an ice cream. That original clip was clipped and reposted across social platforms until the phrase became a meme.

Why do people use the full Bing Chilling clip instead of the short one?

The full version gives more setup time, which helps with comedic timing. Creators can let the sincere promo tone play for a few seconds before cutting to the recognizable phrase, making the joke land harder in bait-and-switch or reaction edits.
