A meme song clip from the Genshin Impact community about pulling Qiqi instead of a wanted unit, used in edits to show bad luck and instant disappointment.

This clip captures the now-famous Genshin Impact joke of getting Qiqi from a wish when you were hoping for someone else. It usually lands as a short musical or lyrical sting, so the mood flips from hype to defeat in seconds. Even people who do not play gacha games recognize the feeling: you build up expectation, then everything crashes at once. That makes the sound perfect for punchlines about unlucky drops, failed choices, or any moment where the result is technically good but feels completely wrong.

The sound comes from the Genshin Impact meme around pulling Qiqi from the game's gacha system, especially when a player loses a 50/50 on a limited banner. It spread through fan edits, reaction posts, and short videos because the phrase quickly sums up a very specific kind of gaming heartbreak. Over time, creators started using it outside Genshin too, whenever a result feels unlucky, mistimed, or comically disappointing despite still being a high-rarity outcome.
