Masha's short Dame yo voice line from Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian, used in anime edits and reaction clips to refuse something or stop a joke.

This is a very short, one-second voice clip of Masha saying dame yo in a firm but playful tone, with a slight teasing edge that makes the refusal feel affectionate rather than angry. Her voice is clear and bright, delivered quickly and with emphasis on the first word, so it lands instantly as a cute rejection. In a video it works like a verbal hand up, stopping a character or a joke in its tracks while keeping the mood light. Listeners recognise it immediately as a tsundere-style scolding, which is why it feels funny rather than harsh when it cuts in.

The line comes from Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian, the 2024 anime adaptation of the light novel series, where Maria Mikhailovna Kujou, known as Masha, is Alya's older sister. Short voice clips like this one spread through anime edits, TikTok and soundboards because a one-second refusal is easy to reuse. It stays popular because it is instantly readable even without subtitles: a cute, firm no that fits teasing, flirting and sibling banter in fan edits.
