O tym dźwięku

The famous Shooting Stars meme clip from Bag Raiders, used when someone suddenly flies into space or a fail turns surreal in an edited joke.

This sound is the instantly recognisable synth section from the Shooting Stars meme, a short electronic music clip with a bright, floating feel. It usually appears right after a person slips, jumps, gets hit, or makes a dramatic mistake, then the edit cuts to them drifting through space or surreal scenes. The contrast between an ordinary moment and the dreamy cosmic music makes the joke land fast. Even in a very short clip, it gives a video that classic launched-into-orbit meme payoff viewers expect.

The sound comes from “Shooting Stars” by Australian electronic duo Bag Raiders, released in 2009. It became a major meme in 2017 when editors paired the song’s synth section with clips of people and objects being knocked, flung, or edited into outer space. The format spread widely across short video platforms, compilations, and reaction edits. It is still popular because the musical drop instantly signals a shift from a normal fail to an absurd, floating visual joke.
