The classic 'rapaz' shout from Xaropinho, the puppet from Brazilian TV's Programa do Ratinho, often used in memes and reaction edits.

This clip is the famous stretched-out "rapaz" exclamation associated with Xaropinho, a puppet character from Brazilian television. The delivery is loud, nasal and instantly comedic, landing somewhere between surprise, disbelief and playful scolding. Because it is so short and punchy, it works as a fast reaction sound when something absurd, awkward or unexpectedly funny happens on screen. Viewers recognize it right away as a distinctly Brazilian meme sound, and the exaggerated tone gives edits a goofy, old-school TV energy that still hits online.

The sound comes from Xaropinho, a puppet featured on Programa do Ratinho, a long-running Brazilian television show. Online, the drawn-out "rapaz" became a standalone reaction clip shared in meme pages, remixes and short video edits. Its popularity lasts because the delivery is instantly recognizable to Brazilian audiences and easy to place over fails, strange reveals and exaggerated reactions. The clip also fits well alongside other broad reaction staples such as bruh, especially in fast-cut meme formats where a single word can carry the joke.
