The famous Shrek line turned internet meme, commonly used in edits to humorously confront intruders, exaggerate territorial jokes, and deliver ironic surprise moments.

This clip features the famous Shrek quote, delivered in a gruff, annoyed voice that instantly signals territorial outrage in a funny way. It is short, direct, and highly recognizable, which makes it perfect for punchy reaction edits. The line works best when a person, pet, or character appears where they clearly do not belong. Because the delivery is exaggerated and tied to Shrek's swamp, it lands as playful rather than truly aggressive, turning awkward intrusions into an easy visual joke.

This quote is associated with Shrek, the ogre from DreamWorks' 2001 film Shrek. Online, the line became a durable reaction meme because the swamp setup makes the joke immediately clear: someone has entered a space where they are not wanted. It spread widely through YouTube edits, short reaction clips, and soundboards, and it still appears in gaming videos, Discord jokes, and low-effort meme compilations. Its staying power comes from how quickly the voice and character are recognized.
