A spoken meme clip saying “think of a big black man chasing you,” used in edits, reaction posts and shock humor when someone needs sudden panic.

This sound is a short spoken meme clip built around the line “think of a big black man chasing you.” The delivery is blunt and unexpected, which gives it a jarring, absurd punch that lands fast in reaction edits. Creators use it to suggest instant fear, panic or motivation in a deliberately over-the-top way. Because the phrase arrives so directly, it tends to make a clip feel chaotic, uncomfortable or darkly funny, especially when paired with running scenes, fail moments or exaggerated close-ups.

The exact source of this audio is not reliably established from the available information, but the clip is widely shared online as a standalone meme quote. It appears on short-form video edits, reposted reaction clips and soundboards because the line is instantly recognizable and provocative. Its staying power comes from the abrupt wording and the clear visual idea it creates in a listener’s head. Online, it is often used in the same chaotic reaction space as goofy ahh sounds and the RUN vine.
